Message from the President
Since its founding in 1970, to respond to the wide range of requests of its customers, Kikuchi has expanded its technological domains beyond precise sheet metal processing to include tool & die manufacturing, molding, casting, pressing, and machining. Through cooperation between our 15 domestic and overseas production locations, the foundation that meets requests of customers for large variety, high precision, and short lead times functions as a “package solution system” that realizes the optimal process from prototyping to mass production of a wide range of industries.
In recent years, centering on the MONOZUKURI Mechatronics Laboratory, we have focused on activating the robot assistants industry. By consolidating the Group’scapabilities, we are committed to creating a platform for a new industry. The role of Kikuchi to realize “Monozukuri that contributes to monozukuri” has remained unchanged even today, when the monozukuri structure has evolved due to technological evolution.
We will continue fulfilling our mission of being a company that provides integrated support for monozukuri, through utilizing our technological and equipment capabilities that enable us to accurately produce products desired by customers, and our proposal capabilities based on technological cooperation with industry, academia and the government.
